My computer got virus because of my stupid cousin(looking at the stuff that his not suppose to be looking) and i don’t have money to buy the virus removal tool that my computer is suggesting for me to buy. Is there a free virus removal tool that i can use? and if ever i remove the virus, is there also a free antivirus that i can install so my computer is protected?

Whats the best way to remove a trojan virus. I have Norton 2008 360 Virus removal as a trial?

i cannot access sites like norton,eset,kaspersky. if i try typing online virus removal in my browser’s search box,it shuts down i have an updated nod32 antivirus system.. can u pls help me?

Right now I can’t really afford a full time virus protector for my computer so I am wondering if anyone knows of a good website that offers not only a free online scan (because I can find alot of them) but also a free removal of any virus’s that are found?

I currently use Malwarebytes Anti-malware. I must say, it’s great. I just had a total head exploding virus and after scan was done, it seemed as if it was goo.d Not to mention it is free……I think this is the best, but are there any others, that exceed this program, but is free?

I posted a question about winamp slowing down on my pc and was informed i have a virus of some sort. I have downloaded AVG but it hasn’t found any worms or viruses, does anyone know of any other free anti virus programmes which will find this bug?

Yesterday my Toshiba laptop was infected with the virus ‘Security Tool’ and since then I haven’t been able to access ANYTHING, no word documents, no programmes e.g. iTunes, nothing which is soooo frustrating plus my parents want to kill me! So please plase please can someone tell me the name of some free, reliable virus removal software?!!

I just got the Windows Recovery virus
Removed it with Malwarebytes
And unhid all my files.

However, my wallpaper is all black, most of my icons are gone (My Computer, Network settings, Recycle Bin..etc), and when I open my start menu, its all blank except for the right-side panel withthe control panel and such.

How do I restore my start menu? Everything else, I figured I could manually fix.
